We got a great visit from my sister, brother in law and my adorable nephews! Bailey missed them so much she had such a fun time playing with them. Especially Brayden, who is only three months younger than her, and only three pounds more than her. They are so cute. My sister got the adorable video of them chasing each other around the apartment. It was so cute!
Here is a picture of all three of them playing, Bailey, Brayden and Spencer
Here is a closer one. Spencer will be one in October but he likes to play with the big kids. So cute!
Bailey and Brayden. Bailey was so proud of herself. She would look at me and Say Bailey's Sharing. I said Yes, Bailey is sharing what a big girl and she she would get a huge smile on her face.
She was so happy to see her cousins, she couldn't wait for them to get to the apartment!
Our first HUGE hail storm. It was crazy. Some cars got damage from it, luckily we didn't. Bailey was so fascinated with it, that we put her "snow clothes" on and let her go out and play in it as soon as it stopped of course. She loved it, her poor fingers got so red though, we need to get her some gloves. But it was a nice tease of what snow will be like for her!
We were driving around some homes one day and saw this deer family. It was so neat and exciting. Bailey was like DEER! and we had to take a picture. They don't care if you're around them as long as you leave their baby alone, which is a given. But they were just sitting in someones front yard, the whole family. So neat.
When Josh got leave in July we went up to Estes park, which is like two and half hours away from Colorado Springs. In Estes Park there is this hotel called Stanley Hotel. Its where Stephen King stayed and got the idea for his book the shinning. It was so creepy. We stayed in the manor house right next door to the hotel. It was built in 1909 so it was old and scary. I only slept like two hours that night. LOL! But Stephen king stayed in room 217, and they charge 400 plus a night to just staying in that room. The rumor is that no one can last a whole night in that room, says its haunted! Crazy. :o) LOL i don't think i would sleep at all, if stay in that room.

So we bought season passes to the zoo here, (which is nice because it only cost fifty bucks for all three of us) so we go as often as we can. Its like twenty minutes away from where we live. Its in southern Colorado springs, and we live more northern. So here are some pics from the zoo. Here is a moose! They are so huge!
Daddy and Bailey
Its neat they get so close you can feed them! They are so pretty too!
This was our first deer experience, we saw him on the side of the road just walking on the sidewalk, so we followed him into this apartment complex and took some pictures. Later that day we say a total of 9 deer, just roaming around homes! So crazy, we are definitely not used to that. But very exciting.
