OK, so i think I'm getting somewhere. I now know why i can't delete the picture in my header... Its ANIMATED!!! So don't EVER put an animated picture in your header. It doesn't work well with Blogger. So now I have written someone to help and hopefully will be able to help me get this stupid picture out of my header!
So I'm moving in the right direction... So i think!
